Bethel Division is one of the 6 divisions of the Eastern Visayas District of Foursquare Church in the region. It is composed of the following 7 churches: Living Waters Foursquare Gospel Church, Tacloban City; Good News Foursquare Gospel Church, Tacloban City; Jabong Foursquare Gospel Church, Tabontabon, Leyte; Hilusig Foursquare Gospel Church, Mahaplag, Leyte; Alang-alang Foursquare Gospel Church, Alang-alang, Leyte; Abuyog Foursquare Gospel Church, Abuyog, Leyte; and Dulag Foursquare Gospel Church, Dulag, Leyte.
